Cariboo-Central Interior Poultry Producers Association was incorporated on 27 December 2007.

CCIPPA operated a mobile poultry processing unit in 2010 in Quesnel, in Prince George in 2011, and in 100 Mile House in 2013, 2014 and 2015.

The MPU operated at a loss in all of these years which exhausted the the resources of CCIPPA. The MPU was sold in 2016.

The association is currently seeking ways of supporting the poultry and small animal industries in central BC.
